Local 31 elects a Business Manager by a ballot of the members. The business manager in turn appoints an Assistant Business Manager. Mark Glazier and Richard Sackett currently hold those respective positions.

An Executive Board is also elected to represent the members and assist in handling the Union's business and decisions.

In addition, IBEW Local 31 has 2 additional staff members which includes Nancy Carlson (Office Manager) and Cynde Johnson (Secretary).
